I went with my friends. We were doubtful about how we would manage eating in the dark. We had a seven-course meal. The small portion sizes helped us to taste all the courses. One course was too sour for my palate, but overall, I was happy that the meal courses were vegan. Without the fear that we might eat meat, we enjoyed the experience. The friendly waiter was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed the experience to the fullest. They also have lockers to keep our phones, watches, etc.

I went with my wife and our two teenage boys. I honestly could not say enough good about this place. The staff were great and made the experience so much fun. The food was off the hook amazing if you are a little adventurous and willing to just have fun. Being in the dark and having to try and figure out what you are eating makes for fun conversation. Really I am a bit of a foodie to the extent that my wallet will allow. This was literally the best meal of my life. For the rest of my group... My wife eats as few vegetables as possible and she wanted to stop at Taco Bell on the way home. My 19 year old son is more like me and he really enjoyed most everything. My 14 year old was the real surprise. Not only did he really like the food he wants to go back.

Dinner at Blackout was absolutely amazing, what an experience! Having to put your cell phones and smart watches in a locker before entering and walking into the dining area in a conga line solely listening to the guidance from your server was a little nerve wracking at first, but once you sat down at your table (which was no easy feat) you began to feel somewhat “normal”. The servers are wearing night vision goggles and can see everything, meanwhile all we see is complete darkness. Having to rely solely on your sense of touch, smell, hearing and taste was pretty neat and before dinner was over we were able to grab and set back down our water goblets and alcoholic drinks with no issues. This is a SEVEN course meal, the entire pre-fixed menu is secretive at first and completely vegan! Josh was our server and he was phenomenal, he definitely made the experience for us - we laughed until we were almost in tears through the entire night! The food was SO delicious and it was fun receiving hints and descriptions of what the food was in front of us while we would use our hands or some utensils to eat. At the end of the dinner we were so stuffed and ready to learn exactly what we ate. I would HIGHLY recommend this type of experience if you have the opportunity and if you do it in Vegas, be sure to ask for Josh!! 20/10

This is my second time visiting Blackout and I still love it. For starters, I can have anything on the menu because it's all vegan. The servers are funny and super helpful. There was a lady behind us who got a little panicked and they brought her a little light. I couldn't see it because my back was to her, but it's nice that they help you out if it's too much. I got the wine pairing and all of the wines were good. The food was good. The last time I was there, they didn't use fake meat, but this time they did. I think I like the old way better, but my husband likes the fake meat better. So I guess it's a matter of preference. It's really good and I think your senses are more in tune when you can't see. I'll go again for sure. I love this restaurant. I wish I could add photos, but everything was dark, so I'll just share a photo of the sign.

Our server was Kristen, she was fabulous!!! The ambience was great and we enjoyed our experience!!! The food was delicious and the music was perfect! I loved it. You get full and truly appreciate the taste of your food and it is not a rushed time. You sit and talk, laugh and explore. The food was good and nothing to be afraid of - delicious and full of flavor. Cocktails were delicious as well. It was a great way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday!

This is a very cool experience. Everything in LV has its gimmick, but this was actually great food and wonderful service. Cheyenne was our server, and in addition to being friendly, funny, and easy to talk to, she got us in and out on a tight schedule. Since we can't bring anything that lights up into the dining room, that meant we couldn't keep our own time, but Cheyenne kept the clock for us. What an absolute queen she is. And the food? Delicious. 7 courses of scrumptious, filling food from soup to salad to appetizer , entrees, and dessert. And holy sh!t, it was all vegan?!?

This is a must try for everyone! I had heard about this type of restaurant years ago from a movie(About Time), and never had an opportunity to try until now. My husband and I are first time visitors to Vegas and this exceeded our expectations! Our server Josh was phenomenal, Sweet and so funny! We had so many questions and hypotheticals and he was eager to answer them all. Such a cool job! I can imagine this being a perfect first date (they can accommodate blind dates too!). I can’t go over their secret menu, but we both loved everything! It was so fun to try and guess the dishes, which they will show you after. Set aside your worries and enjoy this unique experience, you don’t want to miss this on your trip!
